It’s a system that promotes health and vitality through breathing exercises, mindfulness, philosophy and yes, yoga poses!

It all started some 5000 years ago. The original yoga was all about breath and harnessing prana (energy). Although yoga continued to evolve, many of the modern breathing, yoga and mindfulness techniques can be traced back to traditional practices.

It’s a beautiful and wonderful journey to reconnect with our bodies and our breath through simple yoga techniques. But you will only see the benefits with regular practice!

Yoga with Breeze is an accessible yoga practice, designed to suit most bodies with modifications for most health conditions.
