What to bring

What do you need to bring?

Wear your comfy track pants or leggings and a fave T-shirt. It’s helpful if your clothes are not too baggy, so I can see what you are doing, but there’s also no need for fancy designer gear either. 

There are spare yoga mats but you are encouraged to bring your own, especially with current concerns about Covid. 

Bring a blanket for relaxation and to use as a prop/support. The old travel rug, or woolen, styles are best

You might want to bring a firm cushion, however you can borrow props and see what suits.

Sometimes we use blocks or straps – these are provided.
